These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Lacspace products and the Lacspace One platform. This is standard template language provided for general guidance.
1Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.
2Use of the service
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3Subscriptions & payment
Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
4Intellectual property
All content, software and trademarks made available through the platform remain the property of Lacspace or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
5Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operation, reverse engineering, or using it to distribute harmful or unlawful content.
6Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided 'as is' without warranties, and Lacspace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
