This License Agreement governs your use of software and digital assets provided by Lacspace. This is standard template language and not legal advice.
1Grant of license
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Lacspace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the licensed materials for their intended purpose.
2Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, resell or reverse engineer the licensed materials except as expressly permitted in writing or by applicable law.
3Ownership
All rights, title and interest in the licensed materials, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Lacspace or its licensors. No ownership is transferred to you.
4Third-party components
The licensed materials may include third-party or open-source components that are subject to their own license terms, which you agree to comply with.
5Term & termination
This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach its terms, after which you must stop using and delete the licensed materials.
6Disclaimer & liability
The licensed materials are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, and Lacspace's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
